(ii) To issue an appropriate order/direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the notice dated 06.02.2019 issued under section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 where-under the respondents are taking steps for taking possession of the secured assets mortgaged by the petitioner (Annexure-4).

(iii) To issue an appropriate order/direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner.

(iv) To issue any other relief for which the petitioner is entitled for."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
