Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in the writ petition itself 'Title Partition Suit No. 223 of 2000' was mentioned instead of 'Title Partition Suit No. 223 of 2010' and as a result thereof the error has occurred in the order.
In view of the above, let " Title Partition Suit No. 223
Patna High Court MJC No.2050 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 of 2010' be read instead of 'Title Partition Suit No. 223 of 2000' in the order dated 25.04.2019 passed in CWJC No. 9273 of 2019.
