Patna High Court CWJC No.9721 of 2022(4) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 petition with a liberty to move before the arbitrator under the provision of section 3G(5) of the National Highways Act, 1956 for redressing his grievance with regard to enhancing his compensation.

2. Considering the aforesaid submission and prayer, the instant civil writ petition stands disposed of, with the aforesaid liberty given to the petitioners. If the petitioners avail the said liberty within the next four weeks then the concerned arbitrator shall decide the petitioners' grievance and issue as per the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, according to merit.
