JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 27.5.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant for non fulfillment of dowry demands. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is nothing on record to suggest that any demand of dowry was made by the petitioner. The accusation is against the entire in-laws family.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55579 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015 pending in the court of J.M. Ist Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
