BAJANTHRI) 03-04-2025 Prima facie, grievance of the petitioners has been redressed. However, petitioners are not satisfied with the action of the respondents insofar as removal of encroachment. These are all disputed issues which cannot be adjudicated under the contempt of court jurisdiction. Therefore, the present MJC contempt stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioners to invoke appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum. (P. B.
