2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 74, 126(2), 115, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 109 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The first information report is against 10 accused persons who came variously armed to the house of the informant and there are specific allegations against some of the accused persons of assaulting the informant and the other family members.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that it would be apparent from the first information

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35778 of 2025(2) dt.28-05-2025 2/2 report itself that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and specific allegation has been attributed against some of the co-accused persons and not the petitioner. Coaccused, namely, Shankar Manjhi and Tileshar Manjhi have been enlarged on bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide orders dated 22.03.2025 and 23.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos.89178 of 2024 and 21490 of 2025 respectively. It is also pointed out that the charge sheet has been submitted in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 08.01.2025.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition.

6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No.406 of 2024.
