JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have given Garsa blow causing head injury to the injured Lalan Paswan. The photo stat copy of the injury report of the injured Lalan Paswan shows that he sustained only one injury which is said to be caused by hard and blunt substance and the doctor opined that the said injury is grievous in nature. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the said injury will not come under the definition of grievous injury because no bone cut injury was found.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of injury, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.301 of 2016 (2) dt.06-01-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class Jehanabad in connection with Mehandia P.S.Case No. 71 of 2014.
