AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation are present. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Patna Municipal Corporation.

As agreed between the parties, the matter is being disposed of since all admitted dues have been paid to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the suggestion of the learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation that in case he has any other grievance he may represent for the same which will be considered by the Patna Municipal Corporation in accordance with law within a period of four months. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
