JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 636 of 2018 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 468, 467, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations and the fact that with regard to another sale deed of the same nature earlier an FIR was lodged and the petitioner was granted bail, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in the event of arrest he shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
