1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to Advocate General for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the State submits that the order dated 24.04.2019 in CWJC No.22750 of 2018 has been complied by the District Magistrate, Patna. It is submitted that the application of the petitioner seeking grant of license has been rejected by a reasoned order dated 21.04.2023 (AnnexureC to the show-cause)

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner thus seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt application with

Patna High Court MJC No.12 of 2021(5) dt.14-11-2024 2/2 liberty to assail the order of the District Magistrate, Patna refusing the grant of license before an appropriate forum in accordance with law.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
