JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2023 This Court, by an order dated 18.5.2022, had granted provisional bail to the petitioners herein, however, the petitioners were directed to file a supplementary affidavit, which is stated to have been filed, but the same is not on record, nonetheless, the learned counsel for the petitioners has handed over a copy of the same, which is taken on record, wherein it has been stated that the truck in question belongs to one Vijay Singh and the petitioners had joined as driver of the said truck only 20 days prior to the date of the alleged occurrence, hence, the

In view of the aforesaid, this Court finds that now no useful purpose will be served by keeping the present case pending, hence, the present petition stands disposed of.
