Petitioner is in jail custody since 19.10.2015 on the accusation that another person appeared in his place in the examination and on the basis of forgery, the petitioner got job of Constable, but later on, the aforesaid forgery was detected, when the handwriting of the petitioner was tallied. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K.
