The accusation against the petitioner is that stolen articles were recovered from his house but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that seized articles are of daily use and, as a matter of fact, seized articles are not theft of this case. It is further contended by him that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 17.4.2015.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Madhuban P.S. Case no. 68/2014. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
