Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present criminal revision petition has been filed against the order dated 15.07.2016 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur, Ara in Maintenance Case No. 173 of 2014 by which the petitioner was directed to pay maintenance Rs.6000/- (wife and minor son) with effect from the date of order i.e. from 15.07.2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is limitation in filing the criminal revision petition and health ground has been taken in the limitation for delay in filing the

From the content of limitation petition, it transpires that there is delay of about 314 days in filing the present criminal revision petition but the delay has not been explained in proper manner and due to this reason, the grounds mentioned in delay is not acceptable to the Court and hence limitation petition vide I.A. No. 1886 of 2017 is hereby rejected and as such the present criminal revision petition is also dismissed. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) ravishankar/- U T
