Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This application for regular bail arises out of Upahara P.S. Case No. 45 of 2018, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner's prayer for regular bail was earlier rejected by an order dated 03.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16256 of 2020. Allegedly, four persons including the petitioner entered into the informant's house. They are said to have took away the informant's brother, who was subsequently found killed.

Considering the seriousness of the offence alleged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47070 of 2021(2) dt.25-08-2021 2/2 against the petitioner and his criminal antecedent, I am of the view that no case for grant of regular bail is made out for the present.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
