This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 302, 506, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Having regard to the fact that the similarly, situated co-accused, having similar allegation, have been granted bail vide order dated 10.11.2015 and 18.01.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 50356 of 2015 and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 2701 of 2016.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
