The petitioner seeks bail in Balia P.S. Case No. 172 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, four miscreants riding on two motorcycles came from behind and stopped the informant and on the point of pistol looted mobile, cash, motorcycle and fled away.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation, name of this petitioner has come in this case on the confessional statement of petitioner recorded in Ballia PS Case No. 175 of 2020. No looted article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner and nothing has been

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 172 of 2020.
