JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2016 The writ petitioner has filed the present civil review application seeking review of the order dated 03.09.2015 passed in CWJC No.15964 of 2011, whereby the aforesaid writ petition filed on behalf of the petitioner was disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to raise all the issues of facts and law, which may be available to him, in the pending Title Suit No.74 of 2003. After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any good ground to review the order dated 03.09.2015 passed in CWJC No.15964 of 2011. The prayer for review is completely misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
