=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of conviction passed in Criminal Appeal No. 81 of 1995/16 of 1996 by which the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad, has affirmed the conviction of the Petitioner under Section 466 Indian Penal Code and sentenced him to rigorous imprisonment of three years. It appears that the revision is admitted only on the question of sentence.

Considering the above and the fact that the occurrence is of the year 1993 and the Petitioner has remained in custody for about more than two months, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by him.

With the aforesaid observation, the revision is

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.408 of 2003 dt.18-05-2015 2/2 dismissed.
