Petitioner is said to have spat on the mouth of informant with an intent to humiliate him.

It appears that there is long standing enmity between the parties and both the parties have filed cases against each others.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but submission on behalf of petitioner is that parties have already compromised this case.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and also taking note of period of detention in jail custody, let the petitioner named
