The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sehikhpur P.S. Case No. 287 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Notices had been issued to the learned counsel for the State Bank of India, however, despite several adjournments and for reasons, best known to him, there is no representation on his behalf.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation and also the fact that there is no resistance on behalf of State Bank of India, let the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13374 of 2014 (10) dt.14-12-2015 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpur in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 287 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
