There is omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner and others and it is specific case of the prosecution that petitioner gave Tangi blow causing injury on the head of Sonamati Devi, the mother-in-law of the informant, who appears to have sustained simple injury, which is evident from perusal of the impugned order itself. One co-accused Tetar Yadav having more or less similar allegation has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
