JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 08-07-2019 Mr. Sanjay Prakash Verma, learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation submits that after passing of the order dated 04.06.2019 by this court, the respondent Corporation has decided to cancel the tender itself and to go for a fresh proposal for operation, maintenance and repair of public toilets to the bidder having clean and good working record with Corporation. Learned counsel submits that a counter affidavit is ready and will be filed today in the Registry. However, a copy of the draft counter affidavit has been placed before this court. In the aforesaid view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ
