ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 6.10.2010 passed in Cr.Misc.No.34038 of 2010. By order dated 6.10.2010 passed in Cr.Misc.No.34038 of 2010, the Petitioner was granted bail on condition that he would deposit Rs.300/- per month. Modification petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner stating therein that the Opposite Party No.2 has remarried and, therefore, he be exempted from depositing the aforesaid amount.

On this submission, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No.2 but none appears on her behalf even though notices had been received by her mother.

In such circumstances, the modification is allowed.
