2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Samastipur Muffasil PS Case No. 42 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 91.890 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from Maruti Car of this petitioner.

4. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Learned APP however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fact that illicit liquor has been recovered from the car of which this petitioner is registered owner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
