2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 80453 of 2023 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of reason assigned in paragraph - 4 of the petition, further four weeks time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) in the office of District Legal Services Authority, Patna and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

4. Accordingly, order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 80453 of 2023 is modified to the above extent and this petition is allowed.
