On the petition for modification of the order dated 27.03.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No.18444 of 2019, Mr. Anshul, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 27.03.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No.18444 of 2019 but the petitioner could not surrender in the court within four weeks from the aforesaid order because the petitioner fell ill. The petitioner could not surrender in the court on account of unavoidable circumstance beyond the control of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, the modification petition is allowed. The order dated 27.03.2019,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34283 of 2019(2) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No.18444 of 2019 is modified to the extent that the period of surrender of the petitioner is extended for three weeks from today.

Let this order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
