2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Andhrathadhi P.S. Case No.15 of 2023 dated 03.02.2023, lodged under Sections 341, 323, 384, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per prosecution case, the demand of ransom with a view to complete the work of filling soil by JCB and tractor are there against the present petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

He further submits that the petitioner and informant both are resident of same village and their agricultural land are situated adjacent to each other. He also submits that there is no direct allegation against the present petitioner. Learned counsel submits that there was one another criminal case pending against the petitioner which has been filed by the informant. The real dispute going on between them is due to movement in the adjacent land. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2023 and charge sheet has already been filed in this case.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail but simultaneously admits that the dispute is relating to land.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-Ist, Jhanjharpur, District Madhubani in connection with Andhrathadhi P.S. Case No.15 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

8. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
