The stand of the counsel for the BPSC is that after the selection and declaration of result, petitioner wants to change his category from BC to EBC. Such indulgence cannot be given at this belated stage. Even otherwise the writ relates to an advertisement for the post of Headmaster issued in the year 2007. Appointments have been already made. They have joined and working. Such settled position is also not required to be disturbed. Writ is dismissed.
