JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Initially, the complainant filed Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 157 of 2008 which was duly investigated by the police and after investigation, final form was submitted. The final form was accepted but the matter was proceeded on protest petition which was subsequently dismissed against which revision was preferred and on the direction of revisional court fresh order taking cognizance was passed by the court below. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused, Dilip Kumar Singh has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56854 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Darbhanga in connection with C.R. No. 214 of 2010 corresponding to Trial No. 3762 of 2014.
