On 9.1.2023, while granting relief to the other accused persons, so far as the case of the petitioner is concerned, in view of the fact that allegation against him was of assaulting the father of the informant by 'Farsa' causing injury, his prayer was rejected.

Once again, the present anticipatory bail has been preferred on the ground that he is suffering from ailment. An ailment cannot be a ground to once again move before the Court for grant of anticipatory bail. The State is well equipped to take care of any accused being he/she is ill.
