This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 304-B, 201 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the daughter of the informant has been done to death due to non-fulfilment of the motorcycle. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is the husband of the deceased and she died due to vomiting and heart attack and was treated by the local doctor.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran.
