It is evident from Annexure - 5 that discrepancy has been found during the verification of the records and the original certificates produced by the petitioner and that is the reason for his non-consideration. The candidature of a large number of candidates has been rejected for the same said reason and there is no reason why the benefit of doubt is required to be given to the petitioner. Since the decision does not suffer from any irrationality, the Court would not like to interfere with the impugned order, dated 20th of June, 2013 (Annexure-5), as every candidate is supposed to know his name and declare it fairly.

The Court will also take judicial notice of the fact that in

Patna High Court CWJC No.10769 of 2014 dt.20-12-2016 2/2 many cases deliberately some tweaking is done in the names, because these candidates apply at more than one place for consideration. The case of the petitioner seems to be also motivated for the same reason.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, writ application is dismissed.
