The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahar P.S. Case No. 89 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/324/307/353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have attacked the police and one of the police personnel has sustained injury. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46727 of 2021(2) dt.15-04-2022 2/2 on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VI, Bhojpur, in connection with Sahar P.S. Case No. 89/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

It is directed that at the time of furnishing the bail bond, the petitioner will deposit Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) in the Legal Aid Committee of the District and, thereafter, his bail bonds shall be accepted.
