2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 01.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62071 of 2022, but in the prayer portion of the original bail petition inadvertently 'to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Madhubani' has been typed in place of 'to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Benipatti, Madhubani and the same has been typed in the order dated 01.05.2023.

3. Let the same be corrected and read as 'to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52808 of 2023(2) dt.09-08-2023 2/2 satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Benipatti, Madhubani'. Accordingly, the order dated 01.05.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

4. Four weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.
