2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant took her daughter to the clinic of this petitioner where this petitioner gave wrong injection to the daughter of informant as a result of which she died.

4. The petitioner is not a qualified doctor and without having requisite qualification he is alleged to have treated the victim and gave wrong injection to the daughter of informant as a result of which she died.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of
