JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2017 Perused the letter bearing No. 459 dated 22.12.2016 of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Nawada. It is submitted that due to non-production of prosecution witnesses the trial has not been concluded within the time framed under order dated 18.03.2016 and, as such, further nine months time be granted. In the facts and circumstances stated above, further four months time is granted to the learned Court below to conclude the trial and it is directed that the trial be expedited after giving priority to the same.
