It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that as the office of the District Programme Officer (East), Nawada has not made available total calculated amount paid to the petitioner as salary since 5.09.2014 to 17.08.2021, the petitioner could not comply the condition of bail order dated 23.05.2022.

In that view of the matter, let office of the District Programme Officer (East), Nawada make available the total calculated amount, paid to the petitioner as salary since 5.09.2014 to 17.08.2021, to him within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy this order. Last date of surrender of the petitioner before the court below in light of said order is also extended by further two

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40670 of 2022(2) dt.14-09-2022 2/2 weeks from the date of receipt of the calculation chart by the petitioner. Other conditions, entailed in order dated 23.05.2022, shall remain as it is. Deposit made by the petitioner would be subject to the final result of the case.
