2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of para 5 of the order dated 26.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11483 of 2019 by extending two weeks' time for furnishing the original affidavit before the learned trial Court in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018 as the petitioner could not furnish the requisite affidavit within the stipulated time.

3. Owing to the extenuating circumstances as described in the modification petition, the period of "eight weeks" stipulated in para 5 of the order dated 26.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11483 of 2019 shall stand modified to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34170 of 2019(2) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 read as "ten weeks".
