Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is wife of the son of the informant. Murder of the son of the informant was committed in suspicious circumstances. Allegation is that co-accused Jitendra Thakur was in illicit relationship with the petitioner which was known to the deceased that is why the deceased was done to death. Since there is no direct material against the petitioner's involvement and she is in custody since 07.02.2020 as well as there is no material to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence, let the petitioner, above

No.34203 of 2020(2) dt.04-01-2021 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Laukahi Police Station Case No. 264 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
