2. The prayer for the bail of the petitioner in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 152 of 2021 has earlier been rejected vide order dated 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7221/2024 with liberty to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail six months after framing of charge.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed on 18.11.2022. and on earlier occasion vide order dated 30.05.2024 present stage of the case has been called for.

4. Upon perusal of the Report received from the Trial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39570 of 2024(3) dt.31-07-2024 2/2 Court, It appears that the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of six months.

5. In the aforesaid background, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

6. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

7. It is made clear that if the trial shall not be concluded within six months then petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail and the trial Court is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner and release the petitioner on bail.
