The petitioner, namely, Deepak Yadav @ Diwakar Yadav is in custody in Dharhara P.S. Case No.207 of 2013 under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the co-accused, Kuku Yadav has already been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.38333 of 2015 on 06.11.2015. The case of the present petitioner is on same footing.

Perused the F.I.R. and the order passed by this Court. It appears that the case of the petitioner is same as that of the coaccused who has already been granted bail by this Court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55575 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 In view of the above facts, I direct the petitioner named above to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Dharhara P.S.
