2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 183 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 109, 76, 281, 351(2) and (3), 352 and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Md. Sartaj is said to have assaulted the victim causing grievous injury.

4. The petitioners are in jail since 13.02.2025 and they claim to have clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38464 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria/concerned Court below in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 183 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioners after being released on bail, are directed to mark their attendance at Morkahi Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.

8. As the petitioners claim to have clean antecedent, the Court below, before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioners is directed to verify the antecedent of the petitioners. If the petitioners are found to be involved in any other case then the bail bonds of the petitioners shall not be accepted.
