JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The stolen motorcycle was recovered from possession of the petitioner but stand of the petitioner is that he had purchased the aforesaid motorcycle in good faith from one Amitabh Sahani and part payment was made and the seller of the aforesaid motorcycle assured the petitioner to hand over the relevant documents of the aforesaid motorcycle but in the meantime, police seized the above stated motorcycle. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
