Perused the order dated 29.09.2016 passed by the learned single Judge which is the subject matter of challenge in the present appeal.

Looking at the nature of the order, there is nothing to interfere with the order passed by the learned single Judge disposing off the writ application which was disposed off on the basis of the averments made in the counter affidavit which was
