Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the bail petition, the petitioner has been acquitted in trial by the learned court below itself, and as such, the present bail application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in connection with S.Tr.No.287 of 2018 arising out of Maheshkhunt P.S.Case No.44 of 2017 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VI, Khagaria. Prayer is allowed.
