Petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):- "That this writ petition in the form of Public Interest Litigation is being filed on behalf of the petitioner in representative capacity for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent-authorities to induct 600 person as member of the Jahangirpur, Primary Agriculture Credit Society (hereinafter to as 'PACS') and allow them to participate in the ensuing election of the Managing Committee of the PACS and/or for issuance of such other order(s) direction(s) for which the petitioner may be found legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case." On the basis of oral instruction, it is submitted on behalf of counsel for the respondent no. 12 that the appropriate authority has taken notice of the grievances raised by the petitioner in this writ petition and appropriate decision will be taken within six weeks from today.
