JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made pistol and seven live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner no. 1 and at the time of recovery both the petitioners were caught on the spot. Petitioners are languishing in jail custody since 23.09.2015 and they do not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate1st class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Katra P.S.Case No. 97 of 2015.
