JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be Dewar of the deceased and no specific overt act has been attributed against him. The elder brother-in-law as well as father-in-law of the deceased have already been granted privileged of bail vide order dated 26.06.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 7965 of 2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.Case No. 341 of 2014.
