This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 324, 326 and 307 of the Penal Code and 3(1)(x)and 2 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

The allegation against the petitioner is of cutting the neck of the informant, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury is on finger. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 15 of 2015 arising out of Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 203 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri R.S. Tiwary, Additional District Judge, I, Buxar.
